ELECTION OF CREDIT UNION OFFICERS
ALL CREDIT UNION MEMBERS

The annual meeting of the Professional Police Officers Credit Union will be held at the Fraternal Order of Police Conference Center, 1525 Shelby St, Indianapolis, IN 46203, on Tuesday, April 15, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. Among items of business to be conducted is the election of officers to the vacancies created by expiration of the terms of three (3) Board members, two (2) Loan Committee members and one (1) Supervisory Committee member.

Pursuant to Article II, Section 1 of the Credit Union By-laws, the Nominating Committee will accept from the members of the Credit Union a letter of intent expressing an interest in serving as a Board or Committee member. To be considered for nomination, you must be at least 18 years of age and a member in good standing. The committee will meet on March 11, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. Letters of intention should be submitted to the committee prior to 11:00 a.m. on March 11, 2025. Intentions will also be accepted at the meeting. The committee will convene in the Credit Union conference room at 1502 E. Washington Street, Indianapolis, IN 46201.

The Nominating Committee will screen the requests and forward their recommendations to the Board of Directors. Nominations will not be accepted from the floor at the annual meeting.

TRANSFER NOW REPLACING CHECK FREE (A2A USERS)

AS OF NOVEMBER 7, 2024, YOU CAN BEGIN ENROLLING IN TRANSFERNOW.

TransferNow is a convenient, online, account-to-account transfer platform that provides consumers with an easy, secure way to transfer funds between accounts and financial institutions. TransferNow allows you to enhance your digital offerings and strengthen relationships by offering accountholders the flexibility to manage their money as they see fit. It offers a streamlined account-to-account funds transfer solution that enables consumers to securely transfer funds, making opening financial accounts simple and straightforward. Transfer Now leverages automated identity authentication and funding account verification processes that satisfy all business, risk, and compliance requirements so members can safely transfer money among more than 15,000 banks, credit unions and brokerages via the ACH network. This product will be available in the PPOCU online homebanking application aka Virtual Branch Next (VBN).

The user may access TransferNow

1. Click the “Transfers” icon.
2. Select External Account transfers.
3. Create Transfers-
   • When setting up the To or From account, select the “add account” link to add an external account.
   • Begin by selecting the account type. Enter the routing and account number. Select “Add.”
4. Adding External accounts-
   • Enter account information for the external account and click next.

CHECKFREE ACCOUNT-TO-ACCOUNT (A2A) TRANSFER USERS

A2A transfers will no longer be available within CheckFree Bill Payment Services

effective November 15, 2024. The new product replacing A2A is called TransferNow.

Users can start using this product as of November 7, 2024.

Any recurring payments processed through A2A up to midnight November 14, 2024, will

be completed. Future-dated payments will not be completed after midnight.

CHECK FREE (POPMONEY USERS)

Person to Person (P2P) transfers will no longer be available within the CheckFree Bill Payment Services. P2P options available can be utilized through other applications such as Zelle, Paypal, Cash App, or Venmo. Any recurring payments processed through Popmoney up to 6:00 p.m. will be completed. Future-dated payments will not be completed after June 30, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. Please contact the Credit Union if you have any questions.
