MOBILE BRANCH CAPTURE
The Credit Union constantly explores new and
exciting ways to provide the best quality services to our membership
in the 21st
century, we are always looking at those state of the art banking services
that our members deserve and have come to expect. Your PPOCU Board of
Directors, Management, and Staff realize our members want anytime, anywhere
financial
management. To that end, your credit union strives to provide full service
financial products that fit the way our members live and work.
The Credit
Union will soon be introducing the next step in the personalized digital
banking experience. We are excited to announce a projected "live" date
for these services
- Virtual Branch
Next (VBN) is an improved Home Banking service.
- E*Statement is an electronic service offered through Virtual Branch Next.
- CheckFree is a Bill payer service offered through Virtual
Branch Next.
- Popmoney is an improved service offered through
CheckFree.
- Mobiliti is a new product offering Mobile
Banking.
- Mobile Branch Capture is a new product offering
that allows members to make mobile deposits.

PPOCU MONITORS CORONAVIRUS IMPACT
Professional Police Officers Credit Union wants our members to know
that we continue to monitor the situation with the Coronavirus (COVID-19)
outbreak, and we are planning accordingly.
The health, safety and well-being
of our members and employees are our number one priority. Rest assured
that we are taking extra precautions
to keep our office clean and as safe as possible. This includes extra
resources dedicated to more frequent cleaning and disinfecting and
frequent communication regarding our strategies and best practices during
this
situation. We also continue to implement strategies with our business
continuity team to ensure ongoing uninterrupted service to our members.
Based on the rapidly evolving situation surrounding the COVID-19, the
Board of Directors has decided to enact the following measures regarding
the day-to-day operation of the Credit Union. In order to service our
members as efficiently as possible, we urge members wishing to conduct
business at the Credit Union to CALL to make an appointment or so that
our staff can have your transaction ready upon your arrival. Masks and
temperature checks are required in the Credit Union. These temporary
measures are being taken out of an abundance of caution, to do our part
to protect our members and our staff. We appreciate your understanding
and patience during these challenging times. If you have any questions,
please do not hesitate to call the Credit Union at 317-327-2600.
In addition, we would like to encourage you to utilize
the other alternative delivery channels including the PPOCU home banking
portal that can
be accessed at www.ppocu.org and click on the home banking tab.
You can
also access your account through our 24-hour access to STARLINE
Audio at 800-227-5495, or one of many free ATM locations throughout
the
state. Members in need of personal assistance can also reach
us at 317-327-2600
Monday through Friday from 8:30a.m. to 4:30p.m.

about how to keep you and your family safe at the Centers for Disease
Control and Prevention website (www.cdc.gov).
We encourage our members to take the following preventive actions to
help prevent the spread of this virus:
- Avoid close contact with people who are sick
- Avoid touching
your eyes, nose and mouth.
- Stay home when you are sick.
- Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue,
then throw the tissue in the trash.
- Clean and disinfect frequently
touched objects and surfaces using a regular household cleaning spray
- Wash
your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.
